[Good First Issue] Add DevOps/Infrastructure agent team example

Description

Add an example showing a DevOps/Infrastructure focused agent team in the examples/ directory.

Task

Create examples/devops-infra-agents.md showing the generated output for a DevOps project with:

• Terraform/Pulumi infrastructure as code
• Docker/Kubernetes deployment
• CI/CD pipeline management
• Monitoring and observability

The example should follow the same format as existing examples and include:

• CLAUDE.md with routing protocol
• Agent definitions (tech-lead + infra specialists)
• Skills for deployment and monitoring workflows
• Rules for IaC best practices
• .mcp.json with relevant MCP servers
