[VoiceOver] Reader: Site → Posts concerns

This pertains to the page shown when navigating to Reader → Followed Sites → Manage → Tap a site.

A: The header can be grouped into one unit

The first cell at the top has a title and URL. They can be combined into a single dictated unit.

B: The Following and Save Post buttons do not dictate “Selected”

For the post cards in the list, the Following button does not say “Selected”. It is probably not using the .selected trait. Interestingly, the header's Following button does this.

C: The “{num} Followers" touch area is too small

We can probably make the text go wider or the touch area a bit taller.

D: The More button does not do anything

It is shown on the list but when tapped using VoiceOver, nothing happens.
