Go to Settings->under General section->New Tab->Select Custom->Enter any custom link to show on a new tab such as https://google.com.
Open a new tab. Tap in the address bar. Whenever the address input bar is focused, and you begin typing in a website name or address, observe that the browser window will switch to show a Suggestions view, including a list of frequently visited sites or matches from your browsing history. Try to drag the Suggestions list up to reveal more results.
When dragging the suggested list up, the list of entries should scroll, and allow an entry to be chosen by tapping it.
No scrolling happens. Dragging or scrolling the page does not work. The suggested view immediately disappears with any motion, and the display is taken back to the state it was in before you focused the address bar or began typing anything.
Only the first few entries visible at the top of the suggested list can be accessed or tapped.
The issue does not seem to happen when the New Tab setting is set to Firefox or Blank Page, regardless if you're actually on a fresh New Tab or not.
*# *## Notes
Seems to be a recurring issue with Firefox on iOS:
I also experienced this issue at a previous time. It had been fixed at one point, then returned.
