Fix swipe while editing on homepage with hardware keyboard

Steps to Reproduce

• enable tab swiping gesture
• connect hardware keyboard
• swipe when on homepage in editing mode

Expected Results

• it doesn’t allow swipe

Actual Results

• it allows swiping
