The "added to shortcuts" toast message in the bookmarks panel is missing on iPhone devices

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install FF.
2. Add a bookmark.
3. Access the bookmarks section and long tap on one of the entries to open the context menu.
4. Tap on add to shortcuts.
5. Observe

Expected behaviour:

“Added to shortcuts” toast message is correctly displayed.

Actual behaviour:

“Added to shortcuts” toast message is not displayed at all on iPhone devices.
