[v1.30] Update Network API compatibility

Description

Meilisearch v1.30 introduced breaking changes to the experimental Networks API (available on the enterprise edition.)

NB: The Networks API was introduced in Meilisearch v1.19.

We want to update this SDK to be compatible with the new Network API.

Tasks

• [ ] Add methods to interact with the /network endpoints
• [ ] Add test cases for the methods
• [ ] Update the examples in .code-samples.meilisearch.yaml under the get_network_1 and update_network_1 keys
