aws_ec2_transit_gateway_route_table_association support for timeouts block

Description

Hello, we are seeing that some Transit Gateway route table associations take far beyond 5 minutes. Can you please add support for timeouts {} block for mentioned aws_ec2_transit_gateway_route_table_association? They do become associated, but sometimes it takes up to 10 minutes or so - I did that verified in AWS console.

Error: waiting for EC2 Transit Gateway Route Table Association (tgw-rtb-0e16eb80713f576cd_tgw-attach-0bdf9178badc72ebe) create: timeout while waiting for state to become 'associated' (last state: 'associating', timeout: 5m0s)
