For users with site_admin, be able to see which sites they admin for in user listing or edit page

User story

As a root admin, when I see that someone is a site_admin, I need to be able to see which sites they admin for so I have oversight on their scope in the system.

This person is a site admin, but without searching the database or trial and error in the GUI, I have no way of knowing for which site.
