This goal should allow the play to beat the game if they turn in a sufficient number of museum items.
In addition to having a "museum" goal option value, there should be another option for choosing how many museum items to donate.
Note that the Old Heater is currently not included in the item pool. This is because it is a hideout quest reward and need to do more testing with implementing this quest.
