Add the ability for users to add a short note on their relationships (friends, avoids, blocks) with other users, it would be useful for providing additional context on why they were formed.
For friends, avoids and blocks a new text field for notes could be added to the /account/relationship/friend page.

Could be implemented on clients only. The only reason for having it on the server is to that notes would be kept between game installs which might be appreciated by those with hundreds of friends and avoids
A new table should be added for storing notes rather than extending the existing account_relationships and account_friends.
