Use `datafusion-spark` version of `date_add` and `date_sub`

What is the problem the feature request solves?

Once Comet is using a version of DataFusion that includes https://github.com/apache/datafusion/pull/17024, we should consider removing Comet's implementation of date_add and date_sub and use the version from datafusion-spark instead.

We should run benchmarks first to ensure that there is no performance regression.
