Change new atom feed extension to `atom` instead of `xml`

Good, quick first issue to fix! 😊

I added support for Atom feeds: https://github.com/Rails-Designer/perron/pull/150

But hastily added xml as an extension, but atom makes more sense and provides better defaults that do not clash when you have both rss/atom feeds enabled (and not defined a path).
